In an effort to maintain the history and heritage of the property, the dining experince has also been tailored to reflect a time gone by. A traditional meal native to the region or traditional Indian food or perhaps Continantal fare, are all carefully prepared to simulate the palate. A meal in the large ornate dining room which has played host to many dignitaries and visiting heads of state in the past add to the ocerall experince.
