Eating out is an exhilarating experience at Saj. The delicious cuisine we serve in our two restaurants only keeps you longing for more. You can choose from either of our specialized sit-down restaurants that serve Rajasthani and Gujarati cuisine or even feast on world cuisines like Mexican, Thai or Chinese. We can proudly say that our Rajasthani cuisine is authentic and prepared by chefs brought straight from the Land of the Desert.
To appease other palates we even serve sandwiches, South Indian cuisine, Continental food and other mouth-watering snacks in our coffee shop.

The Saj Resort is the ideal place to hold a conference, We have two conference halls. A big conference hall with capacity of 300 persons and a smaller one with capacity of 75 - 90 people. It has all the modern equipment like OHP, A/V, Video/ Micro phone, etc to make business a pleasure!
