By Airways: Direct flights to Tirupati are available from Hyderabad and Chennai only. Both these cities are well connected to the rest of the country.
By Railways: There are trains that travel via Renigunta or Gudur, but do not touch Tirupati. In such cases, Renigunta (just 10 km from Tirupati) or Gudur (100 km from Tirupati), are convenient points to alight. From Renigunta/Gudur, you can reach Tirupati by train or bus.
By Roadways: Through road Tirupati is 258 km from Bangalore (via Kolar and Chittoor). The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) runs daily buses.
